You Have: * 4+ years of experience in quantum technology work, including academic or professional research, project management, or consulting * Experience with research in the areas of ion traps, superc ond ucting qubits, semic ond ucting circuits, and linear optics or theoretical research on topics of quantum computing, quantum information, or quantum annealing * Experience with programming languages for analytics or scientific applications * Ability to effectively communicate to both te chn ical and non-te chn ical audiences * Ability to obtain a security clearance * Bachelor''s degree Nice If You Have: * 3+ years of experience with active research in physics, chemistry, or mathematics, including undergrad, graduate school, or postdoctoral research * Experience in a leadership role, including project management and project evaluation * Knowledge of solid-state quantum computing theory or te chn ologies, including spin qubits, quantum defects, quantum memory, or nuclear spin qubits * Knowledge of solid-state quantum sensing and quantum metrology, including vector magnetometry, electrometry, NV centers, silicon vacancies, diam ond , silicon carbide, or Rydberg atoms * Knowledge of quantum networks, including quantum emitters, quantum repeaters, spin-photon interfaces, solid-state single-photon sources, solid-state entangled photon sources, nanophotonics, photonic crystals and cavities, rare-earth atoms, or optical frequency combs * Knowledge of data science or data analytics methods and tools * Ability to exhibit flexibility and initiative when dealing with ambiguo us and fast-paced situations * Secret clearance * Master''s degree preferred; Doctorate degree a pl us Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
