Service Delivery Lead Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local What You''ll Get to Do The Service Delivery Lead (SDL) shall establish, refine, and oversee IT service delivery to internal and external customers. More About the Role The SDL shall ensure that policies and processes are in place to deliver consistent, efficient, and effective services. The SDL is also responsible for engaging customers, evaluating their feedback, and developing quality improvement processes. You''ll Bring These Qualifications * A minimum of an ODNI ISSA/TS with CI Poly security clearance. * Bachelor''s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field. * At least ten years of experience directly related to IT services These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have * Experience managing technical/support teams in a related subject area to that of the TOR. * Experience utilizing IT service planning. * Experience performing in medium to large scale operations of IT Service Management. * Experience utilizing service delivery in a government systems and services environment. * Experience utilizing Agile development, DevOps, and knowledge management. * ITIL certification.
