Engineering Test Lead

As a Engineering Test Lead supporting Strategic Communications and Deterrent, you''ll participate in requirements analysis, requirements management, functional analysis, performance analysis, system design, trade studies, systems integration and test (verification) in the development and evaluation of networks and information systems. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS: • Responsible for developing a phased test approach for the program starting with an agile detail design development and extending through delivery of final products. The program test approach must accommodate both HW and SW during each phase of the contract and integrate with the customers overall test approach • Ensure all requirements are testable and work with the customer to modify those that are not • Ensure IPTs consider system testability during design development • Develop test procedure templates and oversee test procedure development • Lead development and delivery of test related artifacts • Responsible for ensuring planned testing covers all requirements, maintain all OQE for previously verified/validated requirements, ensuring design changes are evaluated for impact to previously verified/validated requirements, coordinating regression testing when required, and evaluating updates to the baseline requirements for testability and impact to planned test evets • Coordinate with responsible organization to ensure testing approach supports required certifications (Cyber accreditation, surety, etc.) • Plan, coordinate, lead and validate results of internal and customer testing (resource availability, lab readiness/availability, customer approval, etc.) • Work with teams on the development of Test related MBSE inputs and artifacts • Provide input to and participate in milestone events as the test lead (CDR, PRR, IRR, TRR, etc.) What you''ll experience: • Technologies that aren''t just top-notch, they''re often top-secret • A team of bold thinkers committed to exploring what''s next • Opportunities to gain new knowledge - as it''s discovered If interested, please apply today! Qualifications• Bachelor''s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related specialized area, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master''s degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. • Agile experience preferred • Solid knowledge of systems engineering concepts, principles and theories • Solid knowledge of requirements management and system modeling tools • DEVSECOPS experience and how it integrates with continuous testing and requirements verification and validation for SW is a plus • Requires a Bachelor''s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematic Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
