Job Description

The Rockhill Group (TRG) provides training, operational and transportation support services on various military contracts. We are seeking an experienced Capture Manager to support our Director of Business Development. The Capture Manager will be responsible for managing the full Business Development life cycle process across multiple agencies. Tasks associated with this role will include teaming analysis and scope definition, competitive intelligence & assessments, development of marketing materials, capture planning, writing of white papers and request for information responses, win theme workshops and proposal development. Supporting various military proposals and contracts. Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Identify and shape prospective contract opportunities for qualification within the government and private sectors.Develops capture strategies working with internal personnel and partners to qualify and successfully develop winning proposal bids.Identifies opportunities through researching industry sources and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking prospective markets, customers, and competitors.Support and assist in development of TRG''s pipeline of new business opportunities and support the capture effort for identified opportunities.Leads the qualification and selection of strategic partnerships for assigned portfolio.Participates in bid decisions, develops and presents the opportunities for review/approval.Prepares and reviews RFP summaries and compliance matrices.Develops, communicates and tracks opportunity and proposal milestones.Leads formal team reviews, proposal kickoff and progress meetings in accordance with the Shipley proposal method for assigned portfolio.Leads writing strategy and establishes requirements for technical and subject matter experts.Collaborates with Director of Business Development and proposal team to develop proposal response format, structure and compliance.Provides recommendations for improvement of quality/content within the proposal process.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Attend Industry Days, Pre-proposal conferences and other networking events as required events.Basic Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in business administration or equivalent. Prior military and/or over 5 years of experience will be considered equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years capture management on DoD programs or military operations.Must hold a DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain as required by the contractAvailable to meet onsite in Molino, FL as needed and support a flexible schedule.
