Senior Mgr, Planner is responsible for managing inventory operations for all wholesale accounts Jo Malone London NA. Responsibilities include maintaining optimal inventory level across all retailers, timely replenishment of basic saleable, working with retailers to evaluate need ahead of key retailer moments/new door opening/store events. Allocate launch orders across wholesale retailers and work with retailers to minimize returns on discontinued ventory ManagementAcct Stock & Sales Mgmt + Shipment Plan Execution* Partner with retailers to determine appropriate Account Seasonal/Monthly Stock and Sales plans. Evaluate BOM, EOM, turn + WOS by retailer. Negotiate stock and sales plans with retailers to ensure appropriate WOS. Actively work with ED of Acct & Sales planning + Acct Leads to develop business case to close gap between retailer financial plans + JML financial plans* Work with retailers to anticipate need ahead of key retailer moments, launch, and store events. Work with Demand + CRSM to highlight OOS and build ahead of key retailer events such as ND Anniversary + Sephora BI.* Calendarize and review monthly shipment plan by account inclusive of replenishment and launch. Build weekly shipment plans and refresh weekly/monthly in partnership with retailer* Analyze Stock and Sales plans, weekly replenishment, launch allocation, WOS/turn to formulate month-end shipment and return estimate in a timely manner. Actively work to ensure monthly shipment delivery against estimate. Consistently evaluate actual to estimate and provide commentary on variances to estimate.* Provide input to ED of Acct & Sales planning as needed for LRP, budgeting process, and monthly estimates.* Use expertise, in partnership with ED of Acct & Sales planning, to help lead/guide other members of the teamNew Launch/LL/Sets/* Lead new launch/LL/set allocation process, monitor shifts/changes/SRP increases in launch communication from Product Mktg, work closely with TM team on all changes in ship dates to accommodate on-counter dates across JML.* Attend NPL, ACs Kitting and supply meetings. Partner closely with GBSC/Prod Mktg/CRSM/Event Mgmt to stay up to date on inventory arrival, anticipated delays and communicate with retailers.* Partner with Asst Mgr, Inv Mgmt to ensure launches are launched out in Mi9 in a timely manner. Ensure launch memos are sent to retailers and orders are on-hand at least a month prior to shipment. Resolve any discrepancies between allocation and retailer orders. Recommend usage plan on excess LL SKUs.* Evaluate sell-thru results on launch, limited life, and holiday/sets. Identify significant variances in performance vs. estimates. Evaluate re-order opportunities. Leverage analysis to determine future launch, LL, and holiday/sets allocation.* Work with Inv Mgr to ensure all vendor set up forms are completed accurately and communicated to retailers in advance of order transmission. Resolve all discrepancies.Replenishment:* Partner with Inv Mgr to update PO Log daily. Identify significant fall off and work to recapture sales. Work with supply and account services to identify opportunities to recapture fall off.* Closely monitor excess, OOS, and customer fill rates on basic replenishment inventory for JML. Actively participate in monthly excess meetings with business partners* Recommend usage plan for saleable excess and review action plan ahead of excess meetings. Evaluate inventory need and call out OOS or retailer need during supply + demand meeting. Recommend usage plan for excess and track DAV.* Monitor key retailers and top DMA for OOS/WOS. Work with Inv Mgmt to identify and elevate low WOS or OOS at counter. Track field OOS/low WOS call outs to identify patterns and proactively identify opportunities for additional replenishment with retailers* Track and Monitor retailer SKU assortment. Work with Event Mgmt to proactively update exclusions in SAP. Evaluate SKU assortment at least annually.* Attend and actively participate in monthly retailer replenishment meetings. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution.Returns/DIF/Tester:* Be a subject matter expert on returns, testers, DIF, discount adjustments for JML. Track and evaluate returns, testers, and DIF by retailer.
