Senior Program Manager with Security Clearance

Description The Senior Program Manager will work with the established team to improve the efficiency and profitability of a Program. As a Senior Program Manager, your job duties involve using analytical skills to manage a project while overseeing a team. You organize resources, stay within budget, use SAFe Agile methodology, assess project risk, provide quality control to meet goals, and report on development. Responsibilities: * Manage a large onsite development team who will be deploying a Maximo for Aviation system for a Federal Agency. * Responsible for organizing programs and activities * Daily interface with the customer to provide status on the development efforts and of the overall program effort. * Manage the development effort budget and provide regular status updated to VSolvit management on the status of the program. * Provide weekly and monthly status reports to the customer and VSolvit management on the status of the program * Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. * Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance. * Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. * Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services. * Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. * Analyzing program risks. * Working on strategy with the marketing team. Basic Qualifications: * Maximo 7.5 or higher Deployment Professional Certification * 7-10 years'' experience managing Maximo systems projects * Experienced Program Manager with Maximo for Aviation implementation experience or at a minimum 7-10 years of experience implementing Maximo Systems for federal customers. * Experience implementing at least 2 other complex Maximo Systems deliveries preferably at least one of which was a Maximo for Aviation implementation. * Experience in managing Agile Development Teams, preferable with SAFe Agile experience and/or certification. * Bachelor''s degree or master''s degree in business or related field. * Proven experience in program management. * Proven stakeholder management skills. * Proven experience managing a team. Preferred Skills: * Experience dealing with senior level Federal managers and providing formal briefings * Maximo technical/implementation knowledge.
