Our dishwashers are a super-important part of our kitchen staff. Boxcar at Hop City is about experiencing great food, beer, wine and cocktails in a beautifully refurbished warehouse space. Our food and beverage menu will change frequently with what produce is in season and what beers and wines we are most excited about to tempt your palette. We aim to be West End''s favorite restaurant and, at the same time, allow everyone in Atlanta an excuse to visit the amazing food and beverage district. Boxcar is part of the Hop City Craft Beer & Wine Group. Hop City first opened its doors in West Midtown in 2009 as a celebration of the burgeoning craft beer culture. We quickly became a touchstone of Atlanta''s thriving craft scene and now rank among America''s top-rated craft beer retailers. As we slowly grew, with locations in Birmingham, AL, Inman Park, and Fayetteville, we added ''beer bar'' to our repertoire. All our locations feature rotating draft lists of Georgia and the world''s best beers and breweries. Our ideal candidate will be cooperative and collaborative, energetic and upbeat, self-motivated and disciplined. He/she will be responsible for accurately and efficiently for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and sanitation concerning all dishes and utensils, keep wares stocked at work stations throughout the shift, and making sure all floors are kept free of spills and debris to the standards set by the Culinary Director, while ensuring consistency, quality, aesthetics, and food safety. He/she will be tasked with keeping all aspects/areas of the restaurant clean and organized, while not sacrificing the guests experience. He/she will work together within a tight-knit team to maintain a safe, clean, well-stocked, mechanically well-ordered environment.
