Position requires persistence in following up on managed care and commercial insurance accounts. Assist Executive Directors and Business Office Managers in reaching their A/R goals! Experience with American Health Tech software a plus! This is a great opportunity for someone who has billing experience. Tara Cares promotes collaboration, conversation and teamwork to drive results.Duties:Billing primary and coinsurance claims Recording copays and deductibles to the next payer Account analysis Following up monthly on the status of all open accounts by facilitySetting up contractual rates in software system Reporting contract changes to management. Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED3-5 Years Billing ExperienceProven reliability and proven great attendanceWell organized, pay attention to detail & able to handle multiple deadlines/tasksDaily use of Microsoft Office productsAbility to work overtime, either evenings or weekends when necessaryDue to Government mandates all Employees at this location are required to provide proof of authorized COVID 19 vaccination or will be subject to weekly COVID 19 testing.
