Senior Services Sales Lead

As a Senior Service Sales Lead, you will be facilitating sessions with prospective or current clients to define EHR solution phasing and implementation strategy, as well as propose appropriate professional services scope of work and create work effort estimates. The right candidate will review professional services estimates hours and roles for accuracy, based upon solution requirements and client-specific needs and assumptions. You will lead the implementation methodology overview discussion during contract negotiations and participate in client strategic planning sessions to identify solution needs and potential professional services sales opportunities. The Senior Service Sales Lead will ensure rapid adoption of new technologies and continuous optimization, create and maintain sales opportunities within the appropriate internal systems, and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas. Working Environment Hybrid or Remote This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. If you are not within a metro area of a Cerner office, you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. LI-Hybrid Remote Qualifications Basic QualificationsAt least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:At least 2 years sales, licensed health care practice, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experienceAt least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher educationHigh School DiplomaPreferred QualificationsBachelor''s degree in Business, Health Care, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experienceExpectationsWill Support Premier West / CanadaWilling to travel up to 40% as neededWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulationsWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position Applicants for U.S. based positions with Cerner Corporation must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
