Job DescriptionJoin the fast-growing Advance Auto Parts performance marketing organization as the Manager of Digital Display Marketing. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping to deliver omnichannel marketing innovation to the $380B automotive aftermarket, one of the last industries to be disrupted by ecommerce. Digital Marketing is charged with bringing new customers into the buyer''s journey and maximizing traffic and sales across ecommerce and retail to deliver against AAP''s annual operating plan KPI''s.As a manager on our team, you will help transform our fledgling display, social, and video program by fostering care for our customers and re-imagining how we acquire, retain, and build loyalty for new and existing customers. You will hone your strategic thinking to develop and implement a full-funnel marketing strategy by working closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager, a single direct report, and agency partnerships.We are looking for a candidate with programmatic display experience that enjoys digging into the data to understand the impact of a campaign to optimize performance across the funnel to ensure we hit our business goals.This position is fully Remote and open to candidates in any US city.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.Develop a strong acumen of the key drivers of the automotive aftermarket business at AAP across e-Commerce and retail to help formulate a strategy to grow KPI''sExecute on strategy using a test and learn methodology by analyzing campaign/creative performance and continuously optimizing for successWork closely with the Senior Marketing Manager of Display | Paid Search and agency partners to ensure marketing goals are being executedBuild and nurture cross-functional relationships (brand, product marketing, analytics, agency) to help unlock marketing innovation that moves the business to position AAP as a best-in-class digital advertiserHelp to streamline creative processes and stay in sync with creative teams and creative agencies to ensure all campaign creatives are delivered on timeDevelop, measure and analyze performance dashboards to identify opportunities for further optimization and engagementTrack and report results across the customer buyer''s journey: awareness, consideration, purchase and loyaltyEstablish and allocate a marketing budget and resources to different channels (display, social, video) based on performance metricsMentor and coach a Sr. Marketing AnalystOptimize remarketing product feed content to improve site visitation and conversion metricsStay ahead of new technology, products and opportunities within the industry; utilize that knowledge to inform testing and strategy to improve program KPI''sQUALIFICATIONS Previous experience executing campaigns in agency environment preferredSolid interpersonal and communication skills; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions across all levels of the organization; and cultivate relationships with internal and external customers to achieve business objectivesStrategic understanding of marketing tags, specifically Google Floodlight, and the ability to identify measurement gaps and troubleshoot tagging/measurement related issuesExperience using analytics suites and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Google Data Studio and Google AnalyticsStrong working knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform Stack; DV360, Campaign Manager and Data StudioPrevious experience working with dynamic creative optimization platforms such as Ad-LibEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor''s degree in any Business-related field (Marketing, Finance, Economics, etc.)Experienced digital marketing professional with 5-7 years'' experience, preferably in a fast-paced enterprise retail environment, or equivalent combination of education and/or experienceSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will supervise one internal direct report, in addition to an outside agency
