TheExecutive Communications VIP Support Technician will provide IT support to all US Space Command Executives within the Chief of Staff Office, and to all Directors, Deputy Directors, Executive Officers and the Commander Action Group. 40 hours/week Responsibilities: * Respond immediately to any Executive Communication s request for services/ support * Deploy IT equipment in NIPR/SIPR/JWICS environments * Image and setup Standard Desktop Configurations on Desktop/Laptop PCs"¯ * Resolve IT issues quickly, effectively, and with the proper documentation * Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved "¯ * Ensure all trouble tickets via the ServiceNow tool are prioritized and response times compliant with PWS requirements * Be detail oriented in order to keep detailed notes on tickets * Assist users with help desk tickets and C4 Requirements Documents (CRDs) using the ServiceNow management tool * Support VIP / Executive Staff site visits* Support USSPACECOM exercises and schedule accordingly* Adhere to required safety procedures to prevent hazards* Engage relevant functional and technical teams for assistance when necessary* Collaborate with Information Technology Custodian (ITEC), Project Managers, CRD Analysts as necessary "¯ Requirements:"¯ * Must possess a current TS Security Clearance with eligibility for SCI * Must meet DoD 8570.01 IAT Level I certification requirements* Associates Degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Computer Science or Management or experience in lieu of at least three (3) years of government contracting or equivalent experience* Must have experience interacting with technical and business stakeholders* Good written and interpersonal skills* Good client management skills* Ability to multi-task* Extremely professional and customer-service oriented* Previous experience supporting high-level DoD Executives Preferred: * Experience with ServiceNow * Crestron Technician certification and/or Thinklogical Tech 300 certification Aleut Federal is an EEO employer - M/F/Vets/Disabled
