ASL Interpreter with Security Clearance

Description ASL Interpreter Washington, DC Responsibilities: * Provide ASL Interpreting Services to support an inclusive workplace that ensures equality of opportunity for employees. * Interpreter will be supporting NAVSEA personnel at the Washington Navy Yard. * Support will be delivered as a mix of in-person and virtually, with potential for domestic and foreign travel. * Position is part time, on call. Requirements: * Interpreting services will be consistent with practices and policies of the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID). * All sign language interpreters shall be certified by the RID. * Minimum of 5 years experience required * Bachelor''s Degree in related field * US Citizen with Secret Security Clearance ORBIS offers an excellent benefits package and competitive salary in a professional atmosphere.
