The position will report to the ADP Marietta Structures Design Team Manager within the Structures and Materials organization. • The candidate will provide administrative leadership to ateam of early career engineers (including interns and ELDPs). Responsibilities will include career mentoring, administrative duties, performance assessment, identifying opportunities for growth and development, managing training activities, behavioral actions, compensation, andawards/recognition. • Responsibilities will be split between managerial duties and execution of technical work with the Design team in ADP. • Good people skills as well as good oral and written communication skills are a must. A strong background in structural design is required. • Bachelor of Science, or higher, in Aerospace or Mechanical, Engineering preferred. • Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The ability to obtain a Secret and program special access clearances required. • Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident.
