Contingent Upon Contract Award POSITION SUMMARY: * Provides Program Management support of MRAP WST program, supporting overall MRAP program initiatives, policies, procedures and activities for the ACC MRAP WST and ensuring team personnel are meeting and exceeding contract and program requirements. JOB DESCRIPTION: * Support overall MRAP program initiatives, policies, procedures and activities for the ACC MRAP WST. Ensure team personnel are meeting and exceeding contract and program requirements; Assist in all phases of ACC MRAP WST projects from inception to completion; Develop program schedules, task lists, suspense tracker, funding strategies and technical performance indicators for all assigned projects; Define program scope, goals and deliverables to support ACC MRAP WST activities and collaborate with support agencies and stakeholders; Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master program schedules; Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders as soon as project expectations are developed; Coordinate team travel schedules and monitor contract travel CLIN expenditures to meet government mission requirements; Assist in all Field Service Representative (FSR) support activities and provide recommendation to the ACC MRAP WST government lead/COR to support the AF MRAP fleet; Assign work to the ACC MRAP WST contractor personnel; Provide updates to the government regarding team performance and provide recommendations as needed to ensure all program goals are met; Analyze project problems and/or shortfalls and develop solutions or program adjustments; Document the progress of program projects to include implementation, timelines, issues and successes. Assist in diagnostic activities, define root causes, and develop corrective actions; Develop future years'' budget planning process. Provide recommendations to the government regarding POM funding strategies for the MRAP weapon system; Coordinate with AFLCMC functional counterparts to consolidate and/or deconflict POM initiatives and submit to the ACC Corporate Structure to meet their submission timeline. Provide Lead Command collaboration in Centralized Access for Data Exchange (CAFEx) on Centralized Asset Management (CAM) Weapon System Sustainment (WSS) inputs during the annual POM submission process and on any funding requirements during the year of execution to fulfill MRAP sustainment requirements; Monitor historical ACC MRAP WST funding requirements and provide recommendations to the MRAP WST Government Lead/COR regarding programmatic adjustments; Prioritize MRAP initiatives to ensure efficient use of available funds to support MRAP enduring training and operational requirements for the MRAP weapon systems; Prepare funding documents in applicable financial funding systems for government approval, to include financial reports and briefings; Brief Lead Command functional leadership on AF MRAP Program funding issues at semi-annual Lead MAJCOM Review (LMR); Collect, prioritize and process out-of-cycle funding requests. Collaborate with outside agencies (i.e., USMC, USA, DLA) to ensure AF fair share costs are captured and funded in program support contracts. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum of three (3) years'' experience in the last six (6) years as a subject matter expert (SME) at a MAJCOM Headquarters (or equivalent) within Vehicle Management, Material Management or an Aircraft Weapon System Team (WST) is preferred. * Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. This experience and/or technical education can be satisfied via college transcript, training certificate or on the job experience. * Have excellent oral and written communication skills. Possess the ability to effectively present briefings to a full range of audiences to include senior military and civilian officials * Four (4) years'' experience and understanding of the Air Force Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process. * Four (4) years within the last eight (8) years of experience with government budget activities to include future planning. * Possess the ability to gain access and use of the Centralized Access for Data Exchange (CAFDEx) and Funded Requirements Management (FRM) Weapons System Support (WSS) modules for Air Force non-Airborne weapon systems. * All positions will require compliance with necessary COVID-19 forms until otherwise directed by the COR or CO. CLEARANCE LEVEL: * Active DoD Secret Security EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor Degree * or five (5) years of Program Management/Analyst experience in the last ten (10) years.
