Dentist - Full Time/Part Time

Anderson County Government is seeking a general dentist to work in our local dental clinic located in the Anderson County Health Department, 710 N. Main St. Clinton TN. The position is 30 hours a week with benefits. However, we are flexible on schedules. The clinic serves Anderson County patients who qualify for our services for all ages. The dentist will provide general dentistry including preventive procedures, operative dentistry of acceptable quality to appropriate patients. We focus on comprehensive care for the underserved residents of Anderson County and surrounding counties. Our clinic is a 3-4 chair operatory, staffed with clinic manager and two dental assistants. We accept TennCare and private pay but do not accept private insurance. We see children and adults. The clinic hours are 8 AM to 3:30 PM M-F. We do our best to maintain the most modern equipment and facilities. We feature digital records, x-rays and pan-x-ray equipment.The candidate will be expected to help staff the County volunteer extraction clinic on an as needed basis one day a month. Salary will be determined on experience and Full or Part time work.
