Job DescriptionAs a Reset Assembler with American Greetings, you''ll be a vital part of our company''s purpose; To make the world a more thoughtful and caring place. We are looking for motivated and energetic members to join our team to assemble, construct, and tear down greeting card fixtures in retail locations. What are the major functions of a Reset Assembler Construct greeting card shelves, racks, and displays Work well with other co-workers and store personnel Follow instructions along with planograms/diagrams Assist the Supervisor in gathering and moving materials necessary to complete the display reset What are the perks of working as a Reset Assembler The starting pay is $14.40 per hour Paid travel time to the site when traveling in a company vehicle Hotel and a per diem are paid for overnight travel Full Training; all necessary tools are provided Cohesive Teams along with a Friendly and Fun Atmosphere What makes a successful a Reset Assembler Mechanical aptitude; along with practical knowledge and use of hand and power tools Enjoys labor-intensive work and can stand for extended periods of time Ability to work a flexible schedule for out of town and overnight travel as needed Strong oral & written communication skills including reading & following written instructions such as planograms/diagrams. Ability to work independently and be self-motivatedExperience Required:Experience Required: What qualifies me to be a Reset Assembler Ability to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to 60 with without reasonable accommodations. Proficiency with small hand tools used to install and modify fixtures including hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills This position may require overnight travel/work up to 50% of the time.
