All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age.What you''ll do:* Empower, develop, and lead members of your team including individual contributors and other management* You will advocate for key connectivity concepts in design and product steering plans Working jointly with Integration Services, Account Management, Connectivity Operations, Program and Product management teams to* Plan and drive the IEM team processes improvements, tasks and KPIS to align with quarterly strategies and goals* Building and supervising all critical metrics, SLAs associated with core integration projects* Report metrics related to capacity, pipeline, and forecast, as well as partner satisfaction to leadership* Clearly communicate and record the status of applicable integration projects in multiple Product/Program meetings* Provide functional expertise for the APIs and programs offered* Own, build and improve the day to day engagement processes* Work with Engineers and Technical Support as technical issues arise during integration projects to unblock the teamWho you are:* Driven to continuously improve EG API solutions and integration partners'' experience.
