Job Description/Responsibilities: We are seeking an engineer with experience developing computer software systems using modern software languages and technologies and deploying developed software as web facing applications. Required Qualifications: * Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred) * Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering * Ability to analyze, understand, and address complex systems and issues * Ability to develop architectural solutions to meet customer needs * 10 or more years of experience developing computer software systems using modern software languages and technologies, including experience with the following database technologies: * PL/SQL * SQL * Oracle * Relational Databases * Knowledge of a majority of the following front-end development technologies and concepts * PHP * RESTful web services * HTML * JavaScript * CSS * Ability to communicate on multiple levels (engineers, customers, leadership, etc.) and in varying media (conversation, presentation, email, etc.) * Ability to debug/troubleshoot software errors Preferred Qualifications: * Experience developing in Linux and Windows environments * Experience with scripting languages, including PowerShell, Bash or Python * Experience with automation tools Altamira is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
