LinQuestis seeking a Modeling and Simulation Engineer to join our team on successful award of the upcoming Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) System Integration, Test and Readiness (SITR) contract. Currently in the pre-solicitation phase, an award is anticipated in the September 2022 timeframe. Required Experience: * Bachelor''s in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related scientific field* 2-8 years directly related experience. The application developer develops, codes, documents, tests, and integrates code.* Possesses experience in many of the following applications and tools:* Relational Databases* Programming Languages (C++, Java, MATLAB, Python)* Operating Systems: Windows, Linux* Experience using software project lifecycle tools (e.g. version control, automated build systems, bug tracking, requirements management)* Must have an active TS/SCI clearance to be considered for the position.Required Skills * C++* Java* MATLAB, Python)Preferred Experience: * Master''s Degree* 8+ years of relevant experienceCOVID-19 Compliance Guidelines: As a federal contractor, all LinQuest team members must comply with Executive Order 14042- Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors, which includes mandatory vaccination and ability to provide proof of vaccination status prior to start of employment.
