We orchestrate the breadth of Deloitte to co-create business value across the C-suite and to the board.Work you''ll doA Manager at Deloitte will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology solutions to solve our client''s most complex business challenges. Key responsibilities will include:Educate clients on the latest technology trends and implications for their businessDesign actionable strategies and roadmaps that clients can utilize to deliver business valueDevelop financial models depicting both the financial obligation and future value of future technology implementationsManage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support proceduresFormulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.Manage full life cycle implementationsDevelop statements of work and/or client proposalsIdentify business opportunities to increase usability and profitabilityInteract with program leadership, governance, and change enablement teamsDevelop and manage vendor relationshipsDesign and facilitate client workshopsManage resources and budget on client projectsThe TeamOur Strategy practice brings together several key capabilities that will allow us to design integrated programs that transform our clients'' businesses, including corporate & business unit strategy, enterprise model design, and technology strategy.Strategy professionals will serve as trusted advisors to our clients, working with them to make clear data-driven choices about where to play and how to win, in order to drive growth and enterprise value.Technology Strategy Managers will help our clients to:Identify strategies for growth and value creationDevelop the appropriate business models, operating models, capabilities, and platforms to support their strategic visionMaximize the ROI on technology investments and leverage trends to architect future business strategiesQualificationsRequired:6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience4+ years of experience in the Banking & Capital Markets industryAt least 4 years of experience managing large technology engagements (min. of 2 full life cycle implementations)Ability to articulate leading business issues and trends, including the associated technology implications within one or more industriesStrong program management skills with experience managing and delivering complex and critical programsExhibit a passion for technology and have a thirst to continually learn and keep pace with the accelerating change across multiple technologies and solutionsMust have participated in one or more projects involving:EngagementsIT StrategyCloud StrategyPlatform StrategyIT Outsourcing AdvisoryDigital Transformation Architecture Blueprinting and RoadmapsDigital Technology Spend OptimizationCurrent State IT Capability AssessmentFuture State IT Capability DesignIT Transformation Roadmap DevelopmentIT Service Management AssessmentApplication AssessmentData Management Strategy and ArchitectureIT Process and Tool DeploymentIT Cost Optimization and EffectivenessIT Service Delivery and Outsourcing AssessmentIT Governance, Operating Model, and Delivery Model AssessmentIT Financial Management Analysis (e.g. dashboards, charge-back models)Solutions: Experience working with cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS/BPaaS), digital, and analytics solutionsProcess Frameworks: IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), ISO 20000, COBiTITIL: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement and the processes in each of these five lifecycle phasesA Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experienceAbility to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred:Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignmentsStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentEagerness to mentor junior staffAn advanced degree in the area of specialization (MBA Preferred)LI-CR1
