As a financial analyst on our team, you''ll create a financial management strategy to help the team succeed. You''ll work with project managers, vendors, and leadership to build an actionable plan for your client. Using your knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies, you''ll help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you''ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with project managers. This is your chance to work on high level defense challenges while imparting your financial analysis expertise to your team. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely. Empower change with us. You Have: * 5+ years of experience in a budget analyst role as a federal government employee or a support contractor to the federal government * Experience with the Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) process * Knowledge of government procurement processes for R&D and O&M contracts, contract-related purchase requests and documentation, spend plans, cash flow, or incremental funding * Knowledge of the federal lab infrastructure and science and technology lab * Ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision and create communication products for clients, including reports and presentations * Ability to work collaboratively with clients and provide guidance to improve processes and outcomes * Ability to obtain a security clearance * Bachelor''s degree Nice If You Have: * Secret clearance * Master''s degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
