RPI Group, Inc. is searching for a Cybersecurity Engineer to provide support to the Camp Lejeune, NC (CLNC) Public Works Department (PWD). The ideal candidate will have a strong Vulnerability Assessment and Cybersecurity experience. This position will be located on-site, with situational telework options. Role and Responsibilities: The Cybersecurity Engineer should be able to demonstrate the following knowledge and/or experience:* Demonstrated knowledge of critical infrastructure protection and resilience with emphasis on system design, mission and needs assessments, requirements identification and management and alternatives analyses.* Responsible for providing advice and expertise in cyber security designs, implementation, vulnerability identification, and mitigation techniques and procedures that will aid the customer in securing critical infrastructure systems against current and emerging threats.* Theorize, organize, react and participate in the assessment and incident response of critical infrastructure/OT systems to develop attack and defense methodologies for ICS designs.* Experience with vulnerability/risk analysis including ACAS/Nessus, Nmap, and other assessment tools.* Experience conducting compliance assessments/validations.* Conceptualizing and implementing security systems and architectures.* Integrating cybersecurity controls into the system architecture in accordance with all mandatory directives and instructions to achieve and maintain the DoD cybersecurity assessment and authorization (A&A).* Ability to maintain and manage a ''Testbed'' environment.* Familiar with governance, risk and compliance.* Experience with Operational Technology (OT).* Knowledge of System Administration processes and tools.* Knowledge of Networking operations.* Experience in workflow development and optimization in regard to infrastructure solutions.* Knowledge and experience with the Marine Corps authority to operate process.* Applied knowledge in security policy documentation and creation. Qualifications and Education Requirements: * Minimum of five years C&A/A&A experience* Bachelor''s degree or relevant experience* Ability to maintain an active Secret security clearance and successfully pass a background investigation.* Clean driving record with the ability to receive favorable results during annual DMV record checks, in order to operate company vehicle.* IAM Level III certification (CISSP preferred) Preferred Skills: The ideal Cybersecurity Engineer enhances the effectiveness of the company by utilizing the following skillsets:* USMC Validator* USMC/DoD C&A/A&A* Vulnerability Assessment experience * Previous Blue or Red Team experience a plus *EOE, including disability/vets
