All current and newly hired employees are required to follow onsite safety measures based upon the COVID-19 Community Level at the specific work location.Description:Lockheed Martin Business Operations is searching for a Processing Support and Maintenance and Metrology Resource Analyst to join our Finance team located at Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC), Naval Base Kitsap - Submarine Base Bangor Washington, supporting the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Program. In this dynamic role you will:Perform a variety of financial tasks to include resource controls, proposal preparation, and estimating support. Resource controls duties include extracting, analyzing, and compiling data for monthly variance reporting of contracts. Cost variances must be identified and explanations, both written and verbal, provided in accordance with strict deadlines. You will also participate in monthly meetings and present data to LM Senior Management. Other duties include:-Participation in weekly labor meetings, direct interface with Management to ascertain variance cause, corrective action, and estimated recovery dates, maintaining detailed spreadsheets to track costs for Processing Support and Maintenance and Metrology control accounts.-Work with various data systems to support contract proposals for new and existing efforts and respond to numerous requests for cost estimates.-Assist Managers in development of staffing plans and forecasts, monitoring of weekly labor charges, and researching and preparing correction forms as required.Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet and maintain eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US citizenship required.
