Facilities CoordinatorReports to: Facilities ManagerDepartment: Performance ExcellenceLocation: Facilities & Fleet Maintenance (6651 Baertown Road NW, Dover, Ohio)SummaryThe Facilities Coordinator''s primary responsibility is to provide day to day organization and communication for the Facilities Department. This includes ordering supplies, managing systems, coordinating with Facility Maintenance, and other assigned duties to support the Facilities Management Team. Candidate is expected to uphold and represent ProVia'' s Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:* Assist with the development and overall organization of the department* Assist with managing building maintenance records* Manage inventory and reordering of building supplies* Coordinate help tickets assigned to department* Create and manage purchase orders* Communicate with contractors and vendors* Other duties as assignedRequirementsKnowledge/Skills/Abilities-* Moderate to advanced understanding of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook* Strong, organizational, and record-keeping skills* Strong multi-tasking competency* Attention to details/follow-through* Ability to communicate clearly* Willingness to learn other software as needed* Coachable and takes direction wellQualifications* Education* Bachelor''s degree is preferred but not required* G.E.D. certificate or high school diploma* Experience* Minimum 2 years of administrative services or equivalent related functionsPhysical DemandsAbility to sit or stand, using a desktop computer or a laptop, as well as other office equipment and supplies continuously.
