Please see details about each team and their role below: *Brand Marketing Customer Advocacy Intern * What you will do Identify and develop customers/stories who will drive the pipe for Brand, Comms and Events activation and amplification. Support processes and technology that help us manage our workflows, pipeline, collaboration, requests and reporting to optimize the impact of our team.Work with customers and ServiceNow stakeholders, sharing the value of our program, recruiting customers and connecting them to opportunities that will promote them, their companies and their innovative approaches, to a global audience. *Brand Marketing Talent Brand Intern * What you will do Collaborate with business partners to design print and digital marketing collaterals to bring our People Pact (ServiceNows employer value proposition) to life. Examples: social media visuals, career blogs, infographics, brochures, employee blogs, event teasers, etc. Support with recruitment marketing projects across talent brand team including editorial pieces on our owned platforms as well as 3rd party partnerships Assist with developing, creating, and optimizing content for careers site to ensure high user engagement and experience*Digital Marketing - Associate Program Manager Intern * What you will do Partner with the functional teams within Digital Marketing to understand their current file taxonomy and how they collaborate across teams. Collect business requirements for ideal repository structure. Drive the creation of a document repository for digital marketing org creating a single place to file/store and collaborate with files ensuring efficiency and ease of access for users. Gain a strong understanding of the role an operations team plays in driving optimization around people, processes, and tools for an org. (metrics/reporting, vendor management, budget & finance, tools, program & enablement documentation, headcount/resourcing/onboarding/offboarding, and more!) *Marketing Transformation - Data Specialist Intern * What you will do Collect, query, standardize, and cleanse structured, and unstructured data used for transformation programs and other go to strategic initiatives Source and append marketing data to increase and improve marketing transformation efforts Perform recurring audits against core data source systems to ensure data integrity and reliability required for business analysis and insights Who you are Currently pursuing a bachelor''s degree at an accredited college or university Graduating December 2023 or later Able to commit to a 12-week internship in summer 2023 (May-August, or June-September) A quick, yet thoughtful decision maker who knows when to ask questions, when to act, when to escalate, and when to ask for help Highly collaborative, team-oriented, detailed, and organized with ability to manage time and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and presentation skills Passion for storytelling and identifying trends High proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship. interncoopServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
