Position Overview:This role will develop and drive customer-centric technology enablement for both new and existing products. Refine implementation, user experience, and adoption processes for our clients while working with Sales, Business, and Technology teams to professionalize the overall delivery of our solutions.Essential Job Functions:Own new customer implementations for clients end-to-endBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor throughout the implementation processEstablish and drive implementation of best practicesIdentify process improvement areas and coordinate adoptionUnderstand the clients vision and define project scope and requirementsProactive communication and support of projectDevelop partnership with key internal stakeholders: Product, Sales, Engineering, Training.Manage, implement, and support client system configurationOther activities as may be assigned by your managerQualifications/ Requirements:Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience7 years of financial services/banking experience preferred3-4 years of software/implementation experience preferredThis position is available in all US Remote locations as detailed in SitusAMCs Telecommuting policy.This position is not available in the following states: AK, CA, CO, CT, HI, MA, WY.Note: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive or exclusive.
