The trucks are located at our facility in South East Chicago. Responsibilities: Follow proper safety rules and operating procedures to support zero tolerance safety objectives Operate truck and tanker safely at all times within the refinery, customer and public roads. Follow all FMCSA/Company rules and regulations Complete and maintain required daily paperwork Housekeeping duties with the truck and trailer. Assist Maintenance personnel, as needed and directed Maintain company objectives and expectations in the absence of the Facility Manager and Operations Manager. Willingness to work weekends, nights, holidays and overtime as required to maintain safe and efficient operations. Qualifications: Valid CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements Ability to learn the loading and unloading procedures for all customersExperience in tractor/trailers specific to tankers with Haz-Mat Proven ability to focus on details, follow work rules and adhere to work schedules. Experience with OSHA guidelines, policies, and procedures Education/Experience:High School Diploma required.
