Job Title: Project Manager 5 Pay rate:$75/hr on W2 Duration: 9Months Location: Seattle, Washington - Will WFH.Local Candidates in Seattle, Washington - Will WFH.• All bill rates for candidate submissions MUST fall within the max bill rate listed on the request. If an exception is required, the CT Hub will communicate permission to submit outside the max bill rate listed. • All supplier mark-ups MUST adhere and stay within your firm''s agreed mark-up percentage. Job Description: Bill Rate Max $108.83/hr (inclusive of all fees) Duration 9 months - Local candidates in Seattle, Washington - Will WFH. Travel requirement - 25% travel require. May be lower based on the need of customer. Vaccination - highly preferred due to travel to customer locations. Interview - max 3 rounds, will try to merge to 2 rounds. Large venue stadium and enterprise for DAS and small cell - customer is one of the large wireless carrier (verizon, at&T, and etc) and 3rd party provider *Supplier call notes: -Candidate will own project from start to finish. I.E Quote project, issue PO with vendor, Designing project, and vendor management. -Will work closely with Sales/business dev. engineer Must have: - Excellent verbal and written communications skills. - Client facing and presentation experience. - Strong background in DAS and Small Cell deployments. - Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office. Nice to have (not required): - Technical and wireless knowledge . - Knowledge of technology. - IBwave - key tool that the team use, but trainable. - PMP Due to our continued growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for a qualified DAS Project Manager for an opportunity within the DAS and Small Cell group. The DAS Project Manager will preferably live in the Seattle metro area. POSITION SUMMARY: The Project Manager will take the lead in the execution of DAS and small cell system projects and proposals. Assignments will vary greatly in size and scope from multi-million-dollar neutral host networks to small, single operator DAS networks. Job responsibilities include overseeing the development of engineering proposals with detailed RF design solutions, project budgets, project schedules, material/subcontractor selections, and the direction of all technical aspects for assigned projects. Individual shall be held accountable for related financial, schedule and quality goals of each project. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Oversee the designing of in-building and repeater systems. Specific responsibilities include: Interfacing with sales and customer representatives to determine coverage requirements and customer needs. Developing project requirements, including statements of work and subcontractor contracts. Drafting customer proposals describing recommended coverage solutions, including lists of materials and services. Performance will be measured based on compliance to established performance specifications, including accuracy of bill of materials and installation costs, and overall presentation of proposals. • Acting as on-site Project Manager, when required, for specific projects assigned. Specific details include: Creating and following project schedules. Interfacing with customers and installation crews as needed to successfully complete the project. Submitting/tracking materials and equipment required for installation. Creating and following through change orders for customers as appropriate. Performance will be measured based on compliance to established performance specifications, engineering schedules, and cost-of-goods sold standards. • Overseeing Installation and commissioning of new systems. Detailed tasks include: Overseeing and managing installation subcontractors. Working with the technical support staff to address and solve problems to customer''s satisfaction. Performance will be measured based on the feedback from the technical support staff and the number/type of requests for assistance. • Participating as an active team member of the DAS and Small Cell division. Specific responsibilities include: Working with other team members as needed to complete proposals and projects accurately and efficiently. Cooperating with regional sales representatives to address customer concerns in a timely manner. Promoting products and services to potential customers. Performance will be measured based on their contributions to these initiatives and the overall performance of the project organization. WORK ENVIRONMENT: • Home office, work site, and customer facilities. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: • 25% travel required (this will vary from week-to-week depending upon specific projects, but this is a general average). SKILLS REQUIRED Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills. • Strong background in DAS and Small Cell deployments • Exposure to financial data and project financial indicators • Good organization skills • Resource management and forecasting related to the execution of assigned projects. • Preparation of proposals and statements of work. • Subcontractor evaluation and selection. • Good judgment and timely decision-making skills • Developing ability to effectively manage both horizontally and vertically, communicating with all management levels in the organization • Initiator/motivator; pro-active attitude and a sense of urgency • Drive to get results • Excellent communication skills in English, both in written and verbal form Strongly Desired Skills/Experience: • PMP Certification • Experience with project management applications like Microsoft Project • Experience with cost tracking and financial forecasting • Understanding financial and technical feasibility and how they can impact opportunities • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Education • High school degree with a minimum of twelve (12) years of DAS experience • Associates degree with a minimum of eight (8) years DAS experience • Bachelor''s degree with a minimum of five (5) years DAS experience • Master''s degree with a minimum of two (2) years DAS experience • Solid background in DAS and Small Cell deployments. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a demanding, results-driven environment
