Additionally, coordinates the work assigned to each area and monitors the work of the staff: Develops and assigns daily schedule of assigned personnel and ensures accurate record keeping. • Observes and assists technical and ancillary staff in the performance of job duties, including providing suggestions for improved work efficiency and quality. • Performs preparation of control and quality control and assessment tasks (QA/QC). • Ensures the department delivers quality services, in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and professional standards, to support operational excellence. • Serves as the Clinical Coordinator for Ultrasound students.Minimum Requirements:* Education: Graduate of a registry eligible ultrasound education program* Certification: Certification in one of the following: ARDMS-RVT, CCI-RVS, or ARRT* Certification: BLS through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross* Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in ultrasound imagingPreferences:* Education: Graduate of an ARDMS approved (registry eligible) Ultrasound Technologist program, an approved ARRT program RT (S) or RT (VS), or an approved registry eligible CCI (RVS) program* Certification: RDMS certification in one or more of the following specialties: Abdomen, OB/GYN, or Vascular* Experience: Previous experience as a supervisor or a leadBenefits:* Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off and Tuition Reimbursement for full time employees* 403b with matching contributions and Sick Time available to all employees* On-site Wellness Center with fitness classes, personal training, indoor pool, racquetball and basketball courts* On-site day care exclusive to KRMC employees'' children of all ages* So much more!Facility Profile:Kingman Regional Medical Center is the largest healthcare provider and the only remaining not-for-profit hospital in Mohave County, Arizona.
