Job DetailsJob LocationCT-GVWP LLC dba Gengras Volkswagen - Plainville, CTPosition TypeFull TimeEssential Responsibilities: The Genius'' role is to function primarily as Sales Executive''s assistant and learn the Sales Process and participate in trainings as required Supports Sales Executives by delivering vehicles to clients. Coordinates preparations for new and pre-owned vehicle deliveries. Follows up with new owners to ensure delivery satisfactionProvides assistance as required to Sales Executives in any phase of the marketing, selling, administration, or client interaction. Performs tasks that enable the Sales Executive to perform his or her primary role of interaction with clients Help with the following:DealerSocket follow up, prospect calls, owner calls, renewal callsSend-me-a-friend: minimum 2 per day ADP: loading of dealsPerform greeter function of Sales Executives whenever possiblePerform delivery process explanation of features and benefits to clients Verify insurance for deliveries, verify payoffs on trades, and verify vehicles are ready for delivery prior to customer arrival 30 calls per day (prospects, owners, renewals)Act as a backup photographer Physical and Cognitive Requirements:Exposure to indoor and outdoor environments in a variety of weather conditionsModerate exposure to noise and vehicle fumesAble to perform simple motor skills such as standing, walkingAble to perform simple manipulative skillsAble to perform gross body coordination such as walking, stoopingAble to see objects far away as in drivingAble to discriminate colors as in vehicle colorAble to hear normal sounds with some background noiseAble to remember tasks/assignmentsPossess attention span in order to remain focused on assignmentsLicense and/or Certification Requirements:Valid Driver''s LicenseClean Driving Record
