The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of deep learning, artificial intelligence, computer vision, and natural language processing, and be able to analyze and optimize deep learning workloads on advanced hardware and software platforms.Additionally, the Machine Learning Architect is expected to have experience in setting up ML environments in unison with data scientists and other architects to support ML applications using industry best practices, and creating and implementing well-informed strategies. The Deloitte Center for AI Computing pioneers efforts to transform the world of data in motion, AI and machine learning, bringing innovation at scale to both our clients, and the firm.Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or another relevant field.5+ years'' experience supporting data scientists, setting up ML work environments and optimizing data science workflows2+ years'' experience in a leadership position managing junior technical resources and driving towards project deadlinesProven experience working with GPUsWorking experience with tools such as Tensorflow, Pytorch, MxNet or other deep learning librariesStrong understanding of network architecture and application development methodologies.Solid understanding of best practices such as test-driven development and industry established code quality standardsLimited immigration sponsorship may be available.Travel up to 20% (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)Preferred Skills:Master''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or another relevant field is considered a plus.Strong understanding of ML and AI toolkits and processes, such as Kubeflow or MLflow.Understanding of DevOps and MLOps tool chains and processes, including ML model deployment.Experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau and/or Power BI.Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with security best practicesFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $86,425 to $159,165.You may also be eligible to participate in a sales incentive program, whereby you may be eligible to receive certain incentive compensation amounts based on achievement of certain sales goals set forth each year, subject to the terms and conditions of any applicable program document.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.EA_BGS_ExpHire
