Position Description * Receive & enrich problem report. * Derive Change Requests (CR)/Request for Variance (RFV), entering initial attributing/information and prepare for processing through the Change Process * Prepare Engineering Change Order (ECO) package for delivery to customer * Support Engineering Release Record (ERR) deliveries to customer * Promote CR/RFV to approved once change process is complete * Derive Change Orders (CO) from the CR entering initial attributing/information and prepare for processing through the CO process * Progress COs through to completion after all reviews are complete * Support Change Specialist 1 activities as required * Maintain accurate Configuration Management (CM) files and records * Interface with Design Services Project Coordinators to ensure that Configuration Control activities are in sync with the priorities of key projects / programs. Position Requirements * 1-3 years'' experience with Teamcenter performing as either a Change Specialist, Change Analyst, or comparable engineering support function / tools / processes * Technical Degree Required, Bachelor''s degree preferred (e.g., engineering, math, design) * 2+ years'' experience functioning as a Technical Lead or Project Coordinator is a plus * Proficiency in analyzing technical data including Engineering drawings, specifications, and change documents * Proficiency in Configuration Management identification, Release and Change Control processes * Strong problem solving and decision-making ability * Proficient communication, organization, and prioritization skills * Detail-oriented * Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office applications * Goal-oriented and able to work under time sensitive and demanding conditions * Familiarity with Configuration Management principles and methods contained in ASNI/EIA 649, EIA649-1, ISO 10007, MIL-STD-973, and MIL HDBK-61A - Preferred Qualification * Familiarity with data management principles and methods contained in DI-SESS-81000E, DoD Directive 5230.24, and MIL-STD-31000A - Preferred Qualification * Knowledgeable of military & industry standards (EIA 649, EIA 649-1) - Preferred Qualification * Previous Configuration Management experience and CM2 certification- Preferred Qualification * Experience with Product Lifecycle Management / Enterprise Resource Planning systems- Preferred Qualification * Experience collaborating across markets and functions- Preferred Qualification
