Are you a Sales Executive (SE) that has an entrepreneurial spirit, deep relationships and demonstrated success of selling consulting and advisory services across industries? If so, Deloitte Services LP is looking for a top-performing Sales Executive to pursue Risk and Financial Advisory opportunities in our Cyber Data Risk clients.The TeamThe Sales Center of Excellence (COE) supports Deloitte''s businesses in uncovering, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. Working closely with Cyber Data Risk leadership and with Partners, Principals and Managing Directors, these sales executives focus their highly skilled efforts in securing relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process.What you''ll do:The SE is responsible for selling products and services around the implementation of advanced data protection, privacy and governance solutions to clients in various industries. The role involves:Drive demand for Deloitte Cyber Data Risk services across functions by engaging client executives, account team leaders and service line practitionersDevise and execute sales strategies and tactics that result in exceeding sales goalsProspect, target, and build pipeline with prospective clientsDevelop credibility and relationships with account teams and clientsAdvise and educate account team leaders on pursuit strategies, win themes, solution architecture, commercial models and technology ecosystem partnersEngage with industry and sector leaders to develop market strategies and solutions that will position Deloitte as preferred service provider in the Cyber Data Risk marketDevelop and execute joint sales strategies with primary ecosystem partners at the account level in coordination with account leaders and alliance team membersIdentify and refer technology resell opportunitiesConnect Subject Matter Specialists to pursuits and engage them in positioning and proposing solutionsWork with the Pursuit and Sales Effectiveness teams to create and execute sales campaignsAssist in facilitating labsManage the sales process from initial identification through closure and ''own'' the saleRequired Qualifications:Successful track record of sales, selling solutions within large, global organizationsPossess a minimum of 10 years'' experience managing large clients executivesExperience selling high end, project-based, professional consulting services, characterized by long sales cycles and large transactionsSignificant business relationships with senior client executivesKnowledge of the Cyber Data Risk (privacy, protection and governance) market landscapeAbility to work as a team playerStrong presentation and communication skillsHighly motivated self-starterDemonstrated leadership expertiseProven expertise in leading complex a sales processStrong communication and presentation skillsExceptional executive presence and business acumenTeam facilitation skillsAn ability to gain access and influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizationsExperience crafting and executing strategic and tactical plans to close large revenue projectsAbility to travel 20-60%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred:Bachelor''s degree or commensurate work experienceExperience with Netskope, OneTrust, BigID and/or ThalesEA_ExpHireEA_CMG_ExpHireSalesOpsGreenDotLI-BW4
