Services include project management documentation, scoping and concept documents preparation, studies, meetings, presentations, analyses, and evaluations, and engineering and technical expertise including site evaluation, quality assurance, and plan review. Primary work location will be Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) in Washington, DC. Full-Time, Salaried position. Approximately 40 hours per work week. Minimum Qualifications: Structural Engineer (Architect) Project Manager Bachelor''s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field3+ years of experience developing plans, solutions, and structural designs for facility and infrastructure projects and systemsDesired Qualifications: Structural Engineer (Architect) Project Manager Experience in US military or Department of Defense (DoD)Required Skills: Structural Engineer (Architect) Project Manager Experience using NexGen IT/TRIRIGA. Ability to input, prepare monthly execution and percent design reports inputs to support the preparation of monthly execution and percent design reportsProficient in commonly used engineering software programs. Able to develop, maintain, and utilize databases as decision-making tools and in concert with geographical interface systems (GIS) as appropriate.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; negotiate complex issues; and maintain good working relationshipsExperience working with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Cost Estimating Software. Specific capabilities must include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and graphics Responsibilities: Structural Engineer (Architect) Project Manager Work with team of other Project Managers to support the USAF personnel at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) Civil Engineer Squadron (CES)Plan and organize studies, designs, and construction projects; Record and manage the processes and documentationNegotiate effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations, where proposals involve substantial resources and require extensive changes in established concepts and proceduresExecute tasks and projects assigned by Ecompex Team Lead and USAF personnel to support of the 11CES / Engineering Flight at JBAB --- EEO Employer/Protected Veteran/Disabled.
