We help our clients meet their diversity spending objectives while also providing sustainable returns for our nearly 13,500 Iupiat shareholders.Our team members benefit from generous PTO and paid holidays; medical, dental and vision insurance; a 401K plan (100% match up to 4% of eligible compensation) and immediate 100% vesting; short- and long-term disability; and basic and supplemental life insurance.Position Overview:Project Manager Assistant that supports the Project Manager/Site Superintendent in general project administration duties to ensure project execution.Some Key Objectives include:Assist in preparing scope of work documentsEstimate project costsPrepare project reportsCommunicate with clients and employees as necessaryRead and understand construction specificationsInput prices into Vista systemCreate material listsComplete take-offKey Requirements - What You Will Bring to the Team:Some experience or college courses pertaining to Industrial Construction or similar field, preferably in the A/E/C environmentAbility to read blue prints/isometrics.Three years'' experience/knowledge in Industrial and Heavy Commercial Industry.Familiar with scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is a plus but not required.Strong math skills.Natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization as well as being able to work alone.Strong analytical and organizational skills.
