Fulton Street, Chicago, IL 60612SHIFT: MONDAY - FRIDAY 1st Shift HoursJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Facility MaintenancePerforms minor facility repairs and routine maintenance activities such as painting, drywall repair, changing light bulbs and filtersWorks with other maintenance crew and construction specialists as needed.Outdoor MaintenanceMaintains outdoor spaces by removing trash, weeding, trimming, and pruning.Operates hand tools and power equipment, including mowers, leaf-blowers, trimmers.Operates snow removal equipment and shovels walkways.Facility CleaningResponsible for all basic cleaning in and around common areas.
