You will be responsible for developing great relationships with clients and focus on mining for growth opportunities. You will lead the development of effective strategies for our clients, ensuring we''re delivering on client objectives and helping bolster brands'' digital presence. You will lead a team of more junior to mid-level SEO strategists and ensure effective project delivery, including strategic development, execution and reporting.The teamAdvertising, Marketing & CommerceOur Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients'' brand values for measurable business growth. In doing so, we transform our clients'' marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations.We serve our clients through the following types of work:Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development to include the creation of omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, search, social, physical, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and videoeCommerce strategy, implementation and operationsMarketing Content and digital asset management solutionsMarketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutionsMarketing analytics implementation and operationsM&A target digital valuationAdvertising campaign ideation, development and executionAcquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and executionDigital channel performanceAgile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate resultsQualificationsRequired:3+ years of full-time agency or consulting SEO experience requiredStrong project management skills; ability to triage and prioritize many competing needsIn depth experience with SEO tools like DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog, Brightedge, Conductor; and analytics tools Omniture, Google Analytics, Search Console/Webmaster ToolsExtensive knowledge and experience in both technical and content-driven SEOExperience with enterprise sites and large client organizations, and platforms like Salesforce-Demandware, AEM, Hybris, ATGExperience helming site migrations and redesignsComfortable interacting regularly with both technical subject matter experts as well as business owners of all organizational levels, presenting complex information in a way that is easy to understand, and tailoring it to different audiencesAbility to offer and defend solutions to business problems based on experience and best practicesMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now, or at any time in the futureExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills; and Powerpoint and MS ExcelAbility to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferred:Bachelor or Associates DegreeExperience with web development a plusSEM experience a plusForecasting and performance modeling experience a plusExperience with VoC and UX testing (e.g., A/B, Optimizely) a plusHTML, CSS - especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM, aka ''CQ'' products), JavaScript, jQuery, AJAXExperience optimizing for Baidu a plusAMC2021LI-AH1
