SCRM Intelligence Analyst with Security Clearance

SCRM Intelligence Analyst Job Summary: Noetic is seeking a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Intelligence Analyst to support activities in a DoD Counterintelligence (CI) environment. The analyst should be able to provide strategic support involving but not limited to research, analysis, and production of all-source intelligence products in response to DoD acquisition requests. SCRM Analyst will develop specific assessments of threats to the supply chain of DoD acquisitions and vendors. Such analysis would be greatly enhanced by having knowledge of Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) Threats to the DoD. Duties and Responsibilities: Research, review, edit, plan, prepare, integrate, and publish All-Source Products and Threat Assessments.Conduct all-source research using subscription data, commercial data, and other sources.Plan, direct, and present reports and assessments focused on intelligence.Coordinate with IC members and SCRM Customers on SCRM Intelligence Publications.Ensure compliance with DIA and IC standards for finished intelligence production. Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of All-Source Intelligence research and production, CI, SCRM, Cybersecurity, Supply Chain Networks, Finance, Logistics or Business Analytics. Educations & Experience Requirements: Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability to perform various CI functions to include CI research & analysis, CI collection, CI investigations, CI functional services or other CI technical services with minimal supervision.Experience in researching, reviewing, editing, planning, preparing, fusing, and publishing All-Source Threat Assessments, CI studies, plans, and/or products in order to contribute to Strategic CI Analytic Production.Strong oral and written communication skills required.BA/BS required in related field with 3 years of relevant experience OR 6 years of relevant specialized experience and or military related experience without a degree.Must be formally CI-trained to USD/I approved standards pursuant to DoD Directive 5240.02 Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI Job Location: Huntsville, AL
