CMS Integration & Transition - Manager

Deloitte Cloud Managed Services (CMS) is a cloud offering to provide professional services to manage clients'' cloud environments including infrastructure operation, cloud security, compliance and risk, and billing. To make sure CMS business grows smoothly, Business Operations team will work with CMS leadership and Finance to manage all financial tasks and mitigate financial risks in additional to other operational tasks.The Client Management Systems industry requires all delivery managers help to transition from the contract to operate phase. The CMS Transition Manager focuses on that intersection between contracting and operate. His/her primary responsibility is to make our clients feel like they are getting the services they signed off and include (but not limited to):ManagementWork with business, technical leaders, and engineers to help them understand our solution (e.g. - 100% Deloitte, 50% client customize, or 100% client owned)Explain Deloitte''s technical solution, benefits and address any client concernsLead our client to understand the solution, why, what, and how the solution will be built, configured, and supportedLogical approach to explain complex parts of the solutionWorking two steps ahead of our clients, leading them proactivelyWorking through technical and operation challenges with internal and external teamsDeveloping strong client relationships based on trust, our knowledge, and abilities to deliver operationsIdentifying key roles, on-boarding/hire these roles and transition these roles to become operate teamTechnicalNetworking and connectivity between the client to CSP, Deloitte to CSP and be able to address any AD, networking, VPN, FW related issues.Deploying the solution (e.g., the Cloud Management Platform)CSP account structure to support our Cloud Management Platform and the client requirementsLead the technical team to build the solutionStrong understand of CSP capabilities (either on AWS, Azure or GCP) - certification would be beneficial (native CSP services, how to execute, configure and support)RequirementsEducation: B.E. / B. Tech / M.C.A. / M. Sc (CS)Ability to travel nationally up to 40%Excellent written and verbal communication skills
