Regal is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforcePosition Summary: Responsible for managing and driving growth within a $30M existing account with locations in Tennessee, Florida, Colorado and Indiana. This position will require a strong, self-directed individual having the ability to develop meaningful business relationships within all functions and at all levels throughout our customer base. Major Responsibilities: Provide strategic communication link between customers and RRX business leadership Collaborate with Business and Sales Leadership to develop strategic territory plan to achieve sales and margin growth goals in alignment with BU plans Create and maintain detailed Action Plan for each account location Support Climate and Commercial Segment Policy Deployment initiatives - 80/20 initiatives; Motorized Impeller product solutions Development of plans & value propositions for solution-selling to overcome the price objection Highly-engaged use of CRM to manage and report on growth opportunities & projects Utilization of CRM to manage activities in support of the customer relationship Create opportunities for strategic involvement of business/functional team members at key locations in territory Timely forecast inputs into Demantra in support of BU and Group-level revenue commitments Timely response to BU or Sales Leadership requests for critical information Support and successful execution of any internal Regal product simplification or restructuring initiatives Prompt execution and implementation of all price actions as defined by BU Ensure prompt response to customer issues including sample testing on customer applications Presentation of proposals and quotes to customers and ensure adherence to pricing strategy defined by business Participate in product training and Business Unit strategy/planning meetings as necessary Required Education / Experience / Skills: BS in Technical Field & MBA preferred 5-10 years industry experience: Sales and/or Marketing in Industrial segment Strong communication skills Process orientation Experience with CRM toward accurate forecasting Proven analytical skills toward problem solving High level of personal initiative, energy and ownership of results Experience with concepts of 80/20 and Lean Management preferred. Travel: Up to 50% Language: English
