RH In Your Home Delivery AmbassadorAs a Delivery Ambassador, you will represent the RH brand by facilitating a unique and memorable delivery experience in our customer''s home. Each day you will travel alongside our delivery teams in an RH provided vehicle on a predetermined route. You will be responsible for interacting with the delivery team, offering customer support and assisting with additional purchases while face to face with the customer. We value team players, people who are more concerned with what''s right, rather than who''s right.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES* Live Our Vision, Values & Beliefs every day* Lead the full-cycle delivery experience; be a steward of our product as it enters the customer''shome* Lead and support our delivery partners, drive performance and ensure accountability from our partners around all aspects of the delivery experience* Participate in route review process to maximize daily capacity and optimize the customer delivery experience* Provide leadership and interact with the delivery team and partners to ensure all standards and processes are met and provide coaching, as needed* Address and resolve escalated customer service issues in a timely and thorough manner* Develop a deep understanding of our policies, processes and products so that solutions are recommended in real time to our customers, delivery team and partners* Think creatively and make critical decisions independently in the moment to ensure all needs are met, inclusive of delight accommodations* Provide guidance and feedback to clients on additional product suggestions based on the needs of the client and in partnership with Gallery Designers* In partnership with the Senior Leader and delivery partners, support driver training initiatives that elevate the delivery experience* Leverage strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening) to effectively collaborate with your delivery team, internal partners, and customers* Continuously seek to identify and eradicate operational inefficiencies and performance gap opportunitiesYOUR REQUIREMENTS* 3+ years Home Delivery Logistics experience required; customer service a plus* Must have a clean driving record and valid driver''s license and able and willing to work outside normal business hours* Strong verbal, written and listening skills and the ability to build rapport through open and honest communication.* Proactive, organized, and detail oriented and motivated to find solutions in unknown environments or scenarios* Resilient in the face of adversity and the ability to excel under pressure* Proficient computer skills in Apple devices and software, Microsoft Office and Googleapplications* Proficient in digital road maps and GPS applications and the ability to navigate safely andefficiently* Fluent in Spanish a plus but not requiredOUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS* Ability to be on the road for extended periods of time* Ability to travel overnight and out of state* Ability to lift and move small to medium items, up to 50 lbs., while utilizing appropriate safetytechniquesWHAT WE OFFER:* Company provided vehicle to be utilized for work and/or personal use* Company provided iPad, iPhone, and corporate credit card* Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance* Company-paid Life Insurance and Disability Income Protection Programs* Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts* 401(k) Savings Plan* Competitive Paid Time-Off plan* Employee Assistance Program* Generous discount on our products and at RH restaurants* Referral Bonus ProgramRH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.
