DEW Threat Engineer with Security Clearance

Job Description Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing, employee-owned company is searching for a talented Directed Energy Weapon (DEW) Threat Analyst to join our team, with DEW encompassing both high energy laser (HEL) and high power microwave (HPM) systems. We are looking for an engineer or scientist to perform all-source intelligence analysis and model development/modification to assess threat DEW capabilities and to support the test and evaluation (T&E) community''s work on these threats. The candidate will work with a team of scientists, engineers, all-source intelligence analysts, and clients to develop/modify/maintain threat models of DEW systems in the Threat Modeling and Analysis Program (TMAP) framework and the Integrated Threat Analysis and Simulation Environment (ITASE) architecture. Duties will include coordination across multiple teams for planning, execution, and regular reporting of emerging and final Modeling, Simulation, &Analysis results that will be delivered to DoD customers. Desired Qualifications * Master''s Degree in Optics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or another relevant technical field * Experience with Python and MATLAB/Simulink * Experience with TMAP and/or ITASE * Experience with DEW, HEL, and/or HPM * Experience with the T&E community Required Skills * Bachelor''s Degree in Optics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or another relevant technical field * Proficiency in C++ * US citizenship with current TOP SECRET/SCI clearance and current (or ability to obtain) CI Polygraph Required Experience * 2+ years of experience in analysis of weapons systems or application of computer simulations to analytical problems * Experience developing/modifying computer models and/or simulations and the ability to apply models to address unique problems. * Experience in intelligence analysis or intelligence community tradecraft Job Location Huntsville, Alabama, United States Position Type Full-Time/Regular US Citizenship Required Yes Ability to obtain a Security Clearance Yes Polygraph Required Counterintelligence Scope (CI, CI Poly)
