The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Sail Point Identity Management Product. The candidate must be willing and able to learn Sail Point Software Identity Access Management and Quest One Identity Management products. Responsibilities * Responsible for playing development role specifically for Identity Access Managment (Quest One Identity and Sail Point preferred) technology and solutions in the federal space, engage customer to understand the technical Identity and Security direction, provide application specific guidance for detailed solutions, and develop both simple and complex customer application changes where needed. * Under the direction of the Federal Practice Manager or designate, the Identity Management DEV role will participate in building next generation large scale identity and security platforms to meet the tough demands of Federal Customers using Identity Management products. * The Developer is expected to constantly improve and maintain the security posture of Federal Customer fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment. * The Developer will need to understand visual basic, .NET and Java programming knowledge, full understanding of REST-API, development on Identity Access Management platform, and will be responsible to teach (and learn from) the customer team, while providing a seamless and secure experience. * The role participates in team development, project guidance, and instructional support to all onsite resources. * The role develops and offers solution based instructional technology education for our Federal Customers and assists in the development and implementation of technical projects with One Identity and Sail Point technologies. * The role is expected to collaborate with customer''s subject matter experts, research, evaluate, and customize software-based solutions using the One Identity product line, and work to simplify the way Federal Customers solve problems and maximize investments. * The Developer will work hands-on to build proof of concepts, support Federal Customer trials, design and develop Identity Access solutions, conduct daily solution development of solutions, transfer/share the knowledge to engineering, and train customer teams as necessary. * This skilled professional also works independently and collaboratively with colleagues, maintains schedules and measures and ensures clarity of vision and technical goals, works with AGILE related activities, and delivers code designs and development for solutions. * Code and deploy both One Identity Manager specific as well as web based application services supporting One Identity and other target applications in a integration capacity. * Understand and Write to optimize T-SQL queries to act as service''s data access layer for One Identity Manager platform. * Design and implement business logic using C, angular web services * Implement Architectural components to design specifications using C for web services * Utilize consistent design principles at all application layers such as client, service stack, and backend * Maintain separation of concerns in service stack based on service orientated architecture (SOA) principles * Deliver software of the highest quality through good design, attention to detail, clever use of automated testing, and thorough unit/system testing * Identify and correct problems uncovered by testing or end user feedback * Complete tasks consistently on time in an agile scrum environment to keep team on track for aggressive delivery schedules * Participate in multi-vendor engagements supporting federal customer projects and solutions involving One Identity and related integration solutions. * Provided guidance and implementation of One Identity Manager specific application changes and advanced techniques in an Agile delivery approach. * Provide workflow development and implementation of both web and application specific PKI driven security. Qualifications * Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field of study required, or at least 10 years of experience in related software engineering field. * Minimum five (5) years of experience working with Identity Management software (One Identity Manager or Sail Point experience is a plus) * Minimum two (2) years of experience working with Identity Management concepts for the Department of Defense to include working with ISSM/ISSOs within an organization * Understanding of NIST 800-53 rev 4, Appendix F, [AC-5: Separation of Duties] * Require proficiency in PowerShell Scripting * Microsoft Certification with focus on Active Directory a plus * Experience writing and interpreting SQL queries * SQL Scripting Experience * Experience with Java programming language * Experience with XML * Active Secret Clearance * Familiarity with Linux operating systems * Ability to travel up to 20% * Security+ CE * Visual Basic Scripting * Object Oriented Programming Experience * Basic Understanding of Web Services Personal Attributes Required: * Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with customers. * Strong problem solving, creative skills, ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. * High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. * The flexibility to work at different locations, as determined by the current project. * Ability to work independently and unsupervised. * Ability to manage one''s schedule.
