Rev Group is a veteran friendly employer and hires over 200 veterans and or those transferring out of the military each year.SUMMARY DESCRIPTIONDevelopmental role responsible for ISO 9001 Quality Systems and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) administration and compliance.DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES* Coordinate administration of ISO 9001 Quality Systems in support of CBC quality objectives.* Implements and improves upon ISO efforts.* Develops an in-depth understanding of ISO 9001 and can effectively develop and administer quality training programs.* Administration of internal quality audit and calibration programs.* Develop, maintain, analyze, and communicate quality metrics.* Development and maintenance of standard work.* New hire training of Quality expectations.* Maintain Quality Inspections, and Training Schedule.* Develop and maintain e-recordkeeping of ISO Quality System.* Other duties as assigned.EDUCATIONHigh school diploma and above required.EXPERIENCE* In depth knowledge of Quality Systems ISO9000 is required.* Experienced in conducting Quality audits.* Minimum two years experience with Quality in a manufacturing environment.SKILL* Must have excellent communication skills with ability to interface directly with hourly employees as well as upper level management concerning Quality initiatives and progress updates.* Promote teamwork during problem solving and analysis* Must possess a high energy level with a strong work ethic.* Good PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Access and Outlook.* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.WORK ENVIRONMENTIndoor/Outdoor.PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIREDSafety Glasses, hearing protection, other PPE as required by the work area / application.LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS* American Society for Quality Certified Quality Auditor certification preferred.* REV Bronze Lean Certification required within 1 year of hire date.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/DUTIESN/AMEDICAL REQUIREMENTSN/AREV Group is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
