NOC Engineer with Security Clearance

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a NOC Engineer to join our team at our client''s site in Columbia, SC. The engineer must possess a solid working knowledge of networks, servers and desktop applications with the ability to multitask while monitoring and working through issues on both phone calls and emails. In addition, the candidate should be familiar with the following: • Troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and network issues • Active Directory administration • Microsoft Server 2012 R2 and Microsoft Server 2016 • Microsoft Office 2016 including Outlook and Microsoft Exchange • Basic Cisco switch administration using PuTTY • AirWatch software supporting iOS devices including iPads and iPhones • System Center Service Manager ticketing software • VMware and/or vSphere administration • Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2012 used for imaging, application installs and security updates • Troubleshooting EVoIP phones • Aruba wireless controllers and access points would be given extra consideration. • SolarWinds monitoring or administration knowledge/experience is a must • Splunk or System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) is a plus • NOC or Operations experience are a plus • A college degree or 3 years work experience in lieu of degree.
