Cyber Security Systems Engineer with Security Clearance

Cyber Systems Engineer, Staff Signature Federal Systems is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cyber Security Systems Engineer to join an Identity and Access Management (IdAM) team in Chantilly, Virginia. The position will focus on core infrastructure components with ensuring automation for system infrastructure updates, patches, and overall enhancements to the infrastructure. Position Overview & Responsibilities:• Maintain the development and testing environments used for engineering and enhancing system functionality prior to deploying in the operational environment• Manage server, database, and load balancers in AWS• Patch and update the operating system and critical COTS software to meet security requirements• Design, customize, and document services based on 3rd party COTS products using Agile development approaches and methodologies• Develop and execute unit and integration tests of services• Document design, installation, and operations & maintenance guides• Provide support to the deployment and operations of services Position Requirements and Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Linux and software integration• Minimum of 2 years of Linux scripting and automation using Bash, Python and/or Perl• Minimum of 2 years of work experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)• Experience with installation and administration of COTS applications on RHEL systems• Hands on experience implementing and maintaining enterprise applications• Experience with automation tools including Puppet, Chef, and Ansible• Experience with developing modules for Puppet • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Jenkins, and Artifactory• Knowledge and practical experience with developing and integrating Identity and Access Management technologies including PKI, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, API Gateways, and XACML• Experience with Containers Services like Docker and Kubernetes is desirable • Security+ required Security Clearance Requirements:• TS/SCI w/Poly
