Distribution Driver

Distribution Driver Albany, OR, USA Req 16123 Tuesday, June 14, 2022 The Democrat-Herald is looking for 30 - 40 hour per week drivers to transport and unload newspapers between our Distribution Centers; 5 to 6 hour round trip. Hours 8:00 pm to approximately 3:30 am. As a member of our distribution team, we are looking for the following qualifications: Current Drivers License (no CDL required) DOT physical will be required and paid for by company High school diploma or GED Good driving record Previous warehouse, building, hauling experience desired Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to operate or be trained to operate a forklift Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environmentWe offer an excellent pay plan starting at $18.00 per hour, based on experience.
