Has responsibility for ensuring delivery of high levels of client satisfaction. Serve as data and information subject matter expert for Strategic Drug Development Consulting, Clients and Information Technology (IT) Development Team. Helps to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets for the overall team.Essential Functions* Primary owner of client engagements with ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and delivering high levels of quality/added value.* Takes lead role in proposal development to ensure actionable, on-target and timely proposals are provided to clients.* Maintains a working knowledge of the IQVIA policies, processes and procedures and a working knowledge of IT systems and capabilities tools (in particular, IQVIA Pipeline Architect, IQVIA Strategy Workbench, competitive intelligence & analytics) to be able to serve as an informed advisor/coordinator* Define client data-related questions and needs, research information sources, probe databases, and package results in order to provide meaningful answers to customers.* Proactively mentors, coaches and shares subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world class solutions for clients.* Manages Design Teams to deliver activities such as Clinical Development plans, program and protocol designs, clinical-commercial planning* Coordinate activities between IQVIA and the Sponsor as required to achieve delivery of the Integrated Asset Development Plan or other specified deliverables* Provides input into an Integrated Asset Development Plan that is aligned with a Target Product Profile* Supports asset and portfolio management as appropriate. Examples include:* Asset development planning (for active Asset Management activities, see below)* Due Diligence activities* Asset Management (as appropriate)* Populate Design and Analytic tools, capture customer decisions and assumptions, and track data sources and usage across customer engagements.* Use existing databases in novel ways to answer critical development and design questions. Understand the limitations and risks of the tools and data.* Provide technical expertise and advisory input into proposals.* Ensures smooth transitions between all design activities into Operational Delivery (including Reporting)Qualifications* Bachelor''s degree in life sciences, advanced degree preferred, with specialization in one or more therapeutic areas* 10 years of experience in the life science or consulting industry.* Demonstrates a strong command of a variety of analytical and market research techniques.* Possesses exemplary business development skills.* Client-focused and consultative approach for project management - able to suggest different approaches and provide strategic insights that meet client needs.* An understanding of the IQVIA data assets and the IQVIA core offerings - a big plus.* Has the desire to develop and mentor junior staff.LI-GaleBurnsLI-RemoteIQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
