The candidate will:* Operationalize, administer and maintain the Tenable/Nessus Vulnerability Management software suite under the DISA ACAS Platform.* Solve complex technical issues independently and/or with the help of teammates.* Identify opportunities for our customers to get greater value from the ACAS platform.* Consistently and cogently address our customers'' needs through astute verbal and written communication skills.* Rapidly diagnose troubleshooting concerns and elevate to Tier 2 & 3 support as necessary. 3 support cases as necessary.* Conduct daily server health-checks on Tenable Security Centers and Nessus Scanners.* Contribute to and manage after action, root cause, daily status, and activity reports.* Provide guidance on and document best practices and standard operational procedures.* Work closely with multiple cybersecurity teams to improve ACAS operational status.* Must be able to support after-hour maintenance window work, as needed, to keep the ACAS application up to date with all patching and updates.* Must be able to be on-call, as needed, to support MDA mission events.* Support other projects that improve the overall cybersecurity posture of the MDA, as needed.This position can be filled at Schriever SFB, Colorado Springs, CO or Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, ALThis position is expected to pay $109,400 - $120,400 annually; depending on location, experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
