At Great Wolf, our Bell Staff are critical to creating a positive first and last impression for guests at our lodge as they welcome and assist them with the transport of their luggage to and from their rooms.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnthusiastically greets all guests and members of the public as they enter/exit the Lodge and creates a welcoming feelingResponds to all guest needs and requests in a FUN, helpful, timely and professional mannerAssists with general concierge operations and provides hands-on supportActs as ambassador for each guest to demonstrate exceptional service during each interactionProvides overflow assistance to the Front Desk when required by registering guests and obtaining or confirming room requirementsEscorts guests to rooms and familiarizes them with hotel services and amenities.
